– Permanent checking of the hydraulic oil, as well as its replacement taking into account the no. hours of the machine and the manufacturer's instructions.
– Changing the hydraulic oil filter in time, because it leads to too much impurities.
– Fixing oil leaks in the installation as they lead to a drop in the oil level causing certain malfunctions during operation.
– Before operating the machine, a few running-in maneuvers will be performed at low load, an operation that leads to the formation of sliding couplings, settlement of surfaces, decreases the coefficient of friction and the risk of wear at high loads.
